Deliveries to Republic of Ireland £19.95 per order
All deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be sent using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on dimensions and weight of parcel.
First Person Medical will dispatch all orders within a 24 hour period from receiving an order, provided payment has been received and cleared. Note all orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Customers within the UK will have the option of express delivery at checkout. All parcels using this system and meet the parcel requirements will be sent via DHL Express. DHL Express currently have a 97% success rate on their service.
24 Hour DHL Delivery Terms
1. Orders must be placed before 1.00pm for next day service
2. All next day orders will be sent using DHL Express / Royal Mail guaranteed next day service.
3. Price of service £14.95
4. Orders placed on Friday using this service, Monday will be the delivery day
5. All orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
6. This implies to UK mainland including Northern Ireland
7. Please be aware that if the dispatch or delivery day falls on a UK bank holiday deliveries will take an extra day.
Delivery Times for Royal Mail Tracked
1. Royal Mail 24 Tracked service – Aim to deliver the next working day. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver within 24 hrs. (1/2 day service)
2. Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service – Aim to deliver within 2-3 working days with a small minority within 3 working days. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee to deliver within 48 hrs.
3. International Tracked Service – estimated delivery 7-10 working days, subject to customs clearance. In some countries this can take longer.
4. Exemption Postcodes * Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Glasgow, Guernsey, Oban, Isle of Man, Arran, Orkney Shetland, Cornwall.
Delivery days depending on the service selected. These areas deliveries will be 3 to 4 working days.
5. Remote Area Surcharge – there are some addresses that are classified as remote by couriers, please note this incurs an extra cost of £17.50
6. For remote addresses and international orders, your telephone number maybe forwarded on to our couriers, to ensure receipt of your goods.
Non Delivery
Non delivery of goods must be reported within 30 days of placing the order, otherwise First Person Medical will assume the order has been received in full. First Person Medical will take no responsibility for reports of non-delivery of goods after 30 days from the date of placing the order.
Returns Policy
First Person Medical LTD carefully reviews all stock before dispatch to ensure maximum quality control. Damages or deficiencies to products must be reported within 2 days of delivery via email. If any products are damaged please contact us via email, and we have a replacement dispatched. Please note that First Person Medical Ltd will only cover the return of products that are damaged or incorrectly pick and packed. All other instances, the customer will be liable for the return costs. Items that are returned for reasons other than damages, please ensure that all products are in their original packaging. If this is not honoured then the return will not be processed and the customer will be liable for the return postage cost. When the item is received, a member of staff will be in touch to arrange whether a replacement, credit or refund is processed.

Our staff have a huge amount of knowledge and experience of the products we sell and we try to respond to emails quickly in working hours.
