Card Payments, Security and Privacy

First Person Medical accepts most debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and American express, including paypal. Our online payment processing system is Bank of Ireland. Our website is fully PCI compliant and all payment information is encrypted to ensure total security of your data. We do not hold or store customers payment details.

First Person Medical has the right to decline any orders that do not pass the address verification process. If this happens customers will be asked to provide documentation stating their address and postcode, matching the address submitted on their invoice. This information will be handled with the utmost discretion.

We update our stock daily and if an item is out of stock it will be displayed as such on the site. If there is a problem with availability we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being made, in which case you have a choice of waiting until it is in stock. In any case, orders are not processed unless we have the item in stock.

Disclaimer

If any information on our website has been incorrectly advertised First Person Medical reserve the right to amend the pricing error on both the website and the customer’s order. You will be contacted by email before the order is processed. First Person Medical have made every effort to ensure all products are correctly and accurately listed.

Privacy Policy

All First Person Medical LTD customers’ information will be safe guarded and only used for the intended purpose. This information will not be shared with anyone. We do not store any of your information given to process orders, i.e. debit or credit details. These will be destroyed after the transaction has been processed by a member of our staff. If you’re a member and have subscribed to our mailing list, we will only contact yourself with sales relating to our products on monthly promotions. These promotions are for mailing members only. When you subscribe to our mail list, you’re giving permission to receive promos from First Person Medical.
